All bets are final once confirmed. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or betting round, 7cuci will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game session cannot be recovered, any interrupted game round may be voided and the relevant wager refunded to the player's account. 7cuci will not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cuci platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
7cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a User breaches these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; a User fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or an account has been inactive for an extended period without balance.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the User's funds will be held safely and released if the investigation concludes without adverse findings. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 7cuci may withhold some or all of the balance in that account as appropriate to the nature of the breach.
Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 7cuci support. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the user's verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being met first.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cuci and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
